Our process · Cairo / Jeddah

How we work, from brief to launch.

You send us the request, and we turn it into a written brief you confirm, make the work in-house and show it to you in two review rounds. Your first work goes live two weeks after the first meeting, and we keep reviewing after launch.

From brief to launch in six steps.

What you do, and what you get, at every step.

  1. Meet and brief

You tell us the business, the market and what you need. We learn the business before we talk marketing, then write down what you asked for, why now, the deadline, who approves and what is in scope. You get that summary back to check before anything starts.

  2. Plan and agree

A proposal with the plan, scope and cost in plain words. We separate your goal from the format you asked for, mark what is confirmed, assumed or still missing, and send a recap for you to confirm in writing.

  3. Approve the direction

One meeting to align, then we move. We write the creative brief as one clear challenge: who we are talking to, the message, the proof and how success will be judged. You approve the direction before production starts.

  4. Make the work

Content, design and media, produced in-house and checked against your brief before you see them.

  5. Two review rounds

We walk you through the brief first, then the work, so you judge it against what it was meant to solve. Two review rounds are included. A request outside what we agreed comes back to you as options, never as a quiet extra.

  6. Launch and follow up

Once you approve, the work goes live and we review it regularly. Never handed over and forgotten. Ongoing work such as media buying and digital marketing comes with a monthly report.

How we think about every brief.

  1. A request is not a brief.

A request tells us what to make. A brief tells us what should change. We ask what should happen after people see the work, and keep your format as an option.

  2. Nothing hidden.

Every fact in a brief is marked confirmed, assumed or missing. Assumptions are written down and shared with you, never treated as facts.

  3. Claims need proof.

A number, a certificate, a ranking. What we cannot show does not go into the work. In healthcare and other regulated categories, risky claims are flagged before anything is written.

  4. Agreed in writing.

Before we start, the goal, the audience, what we deliver, the deadline and what we still need from you go into a short recap that you confirm. Anything outside it comes back to you as options.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take from the first meeting to live work?

About two weeks from the first meeting to the first work live. Your proposal gives the exact dates for your scope, and follow-up after launch is part of the deal.

What happens in the first meeting?

We learn the business before we talk marketing. We write down what you asked for, why now, the deadline, who approves and what is in scope, then ask about your objective, audience, offer, proof, budget and how you will judge success.

What do I need to send you?

Your request in your own words and the reason for it now, the deadline, who approves on your side, and what you already have: logos, photos, prices and any approvals from third parties. For any claim, the proof behind it. A single post needs a few lines; a campaign needs the full picture.

What if I only know the format I want, such as a set of Reels?

Tell us the format you have in mind and it stays on the table. But a request is where the conversation starts, not the brief, so we ask what should happen after people see it and write the brief around that result. The format stays an option.

How many review rounds are included?

Two review rounds are included. We check the work against your brief before you see it, then walk you through the brief first and the work second, so you judge it against what it was meant to solve.

Do you work in regulated categories, such as healthcare?

Yes. Our clients include clinics, laboratories, surgeons and a medical academy, and we know which claims a regulated category is allowed to make. A claim goes into a brief only with proof behind it, such as a number, a certificate or a ranking, and anything risky is flagged before it is written.

What if I ask for something outside what we agreed?

We welcome the idea, check it against the agreed scope and come back to you with options. We do not say yes on the spot, and we do not do it quietly.

What happens after launch?

The work goes live and we review it regularly. We do not hand it over and forget it: follow-up is part of the deal.

Which languages do you write in?

Arabic and English, written for each audience and never translated word for word, and French when a project needs it. A Saudi audience and an Egyptian audience are not the same audience, so we write for each in its own language.

Where do you work, and which markets do you serve?

We work from Cairo and Jeddah, with clients in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and brands across the Gulf, North Africa, North America and Korea.

Do you only work with clinics?

No. Clinics, laboratories, surgeons and a medical academy sit beside contractors, hotels, restaurants, retail, a salt and minerals company and a podcast: 36 brands in all, from strategy through to print.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced to its scope, so there is no public price list. Tell us the business, the market and what you need: you will hear back within one working day and see a proposal within the week.
