Pages planned from the enquiry
We map the questions your customers ask before they call, and build a page for each: services, doctors or team, locations, prices where you publish them, FAQs.
Web Development · Cairo / Jeddah
Website design and development for businesses, clinics and academies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, from Cairo to Riyadh and Jeddah: a bilingual site that looks right, loads fast, gets found on search and in AI answers, and brings the enquiry to your WhatsApp — with a dashboard you edit yourself, and the domain and hosting free for the first year.
Why the site matters
Most sites in Egypt and the Gulf were built to exist, not to convert: a template, an English page machine-translated into Arabic, a form nobody reads, and nothing that tells a search engine or an AI assistant who you are. A MAJ website is built the other way round — from the enquiry backwards. We plan the pages a patient or a buyer actually needs, write both languages natively, make every page fast and readable by search engines and AI answer engines, and put the next step (WhatsApp, a form, a booking) one tap away. Then we hand you the keys.
We map the questions your customers ask before they call, and build a page for each: services, doctors or team, locations, prices where you publish them, FAQs.
Native copy in each language, right-to-left done properly, French when your market needs it.
Clean structure, fast pages, the business facts marked up so search engines and AI assistants can read who you are, what you do and where; a sitemap and search-console setup at launch.
Change a price, add a doctor, publish an article or a new branch without calling anyone. Your team gets a short training on handover.
Animations that guide the eye and reveal content as you scroll, built so the page stays fast and nothing important depends on them.
WhatsApp buttons, a form that stores every lead, booking where you need it, and tracking that shows which page brought the call.
Domain and hosting are free for the first year, registered in your name from day one. After that they renew at our standard rate.

The pages, the copy and the buttons are planned from what a customer needs to decide, not from a template's sections.
One team writes natively for Egyptian, Khaleeji, English-speaking and French-speaking readers. Right-to-left is built, not patched.
Structure, speed and marked-up business facts are done before launch, so the site can be found and cited from day one.
Domain in your name, files and content yours, a dashboard your team runs. Leave any time with everything you paid for.
Most sites go from the first meeting to launch in a few weeks: the proposal within the week, then design and build with two review rounds. Larger sites with many pages, a store or booking take longer; the proposal states the dates.

The domain registration and the hosting for the first twelve months are on us, in your name. After the first year both renew at our standard rate, and you'll see the renewal in the proposal.
Yes. Every site comes with a dashboard where your team changes text, prices, doctors or staff, branches and articles. We train you on handover; you never need to call a developer to change a price.
Arabic and English are written natively, each by a writer in that language, with the right-to-left layout done properly. French is available when your market needs it. Any language can be the main one.
The technical foundation is built in: fast pages, clean structure, titles and descriptions, a sitemap, search-console setup and the business facts marked up so search engines and AI assistants can read them. Ongoing SEO — articles, rankings, links — is a separate programme under Digital Marketing.
Yes. We keep every old address working by redirecting it to its new page, keep the content that ranks, and submit the new sitemap at launch.
The pages and languages, the design direction, what is included and what is not, the timeline with review dates, and the cost for your scope. You'll hear back within one working day and see the proposal within the week.
