Print & Production · Cairo

Made to be held, hung and handed over.

Print and production for clinics, academies and brands in Egypt: business cards, stationery, packaging, signage, exhibition stands and merchandise — designed by the people who built your identity and produced in-house, so the colour on the sign matches the colour on the card.

Why in-house

The brand you paid for is only as good as its worst print.

A lime that turns yellow on the sign, a card that curls, a roll-up that arrives the morning after the conference: most brand damage happens at the printer, not the designer. We produce print, packaging, signage and stands in-house, from the same files and the same brand guide, with a physical proof you approve before the run — so what you hand a patient, a student or a buyer looks like the thing you approved on screen.

Printed stationery, packaging and a sign proof on a workbench

Artwork to spec

Bleed, colour profiles, dielines and fonts prepared by the designers who know the brand; nothing is "just exported".

Stationery and cards

Business cards, letterheads, folders, prescription pads and forms, on stock chosen for how they'll be handled.

Packaging

Boxes, labels, bags and inserts for products and clinics' take-home kits, with materials that fit the product and the shelf.

Signage

Facade signs, interior wayfinding, window graphics and vehicle branding, with survey, production and installation.

Exhibition and event

Stands, roll-ups, backdrops and conference kits, delivered and installed before the doors open.

Merchandise

Uniforms, gifts and giveaways that carry the identity properly: correct colours, correct sizes, correct placement.

Print and production are quoted per job on the proposal, with the delivery date written in.

From brief to installed.

Five steps. You approve a real proof.

  1. Day 1 · Brief & survey

What you need, where it goes, by when; a site survey for signage and stands.

  2. Day 2–3 · The proposal

Items, materials, quantities, delivery date and cost, written plainly.

  3. Artwork · Prepare & review

Artwork to print spec from your identity, two review rounds.

  4. Proof · Approve the physical proof

Colour, paper, finish and size checked against the brand guide, in your hands. Everything is checked against your brief before you see it.

  5. Delivery · Produce, deliver, install

The run, delivered on the date in the proposal; signage and stands installed.

  • File setup: bleed, safe area, size: 5 checks
  • Colour: profiles, spot colours, rich black: 4 checks
  • Images and resolution: 3 checks
  • Fonts, outlines and Arabic text: 3 checks

Four reasons, none of them adjectives.

  1. The designers and the printers share a wall.

Artwork is prepared by people who know the brand and checked by people who know the press; nothing is lost in the handoff.

  2. A proof you can hold.

Colour, paper and finish are approved on a physical proof, not a screen, before the run.

  3. Arabic set properly.

Right-to-left layouts, correct joining and correct type sizes on every card, sign and box.

  4. Dated, delivered, installed.

The delivery date is in the proposal; stands and signs are installed before the doors open.

Frequently asked questions

Do you print only what you design?

No. We produce from your existing identity too; our team prepares the artwork to print spec and checks it against your brand guide first.

How long does a print job take?

Cards and stationery are usually days; packaging, signage and stands are weeks including survey, proof and installation. The proposal states the delivery date.

Do I approve a proof?

Yes. A physical proof — colour, paper, finish, size — before the run, on every job.

Do you install signage and exhibition stands?

Yes. Survey, production, delivery and installation in Cairo; elsewhere by arrangement in the proposal.

Can you produce clinic items — prescription pads, patient folders, wayfinding?

Yes. Clinic stationery, take-home kits, interior wayfinding and facade signs, with accreditation marks and licence lines placed correctly.

What files do you need?

Your brand guide and vector source files, if you have them. If you don't, we rebuild the artwork from what exists and tell you what's missing.
