Why identity matters

People read your care, your quality and your price in the details before they read a word.

A template logo says "we're like everyone else". An identity built from what you actually do — a spine for an orthopaedic clinic, a boarding pass for a medical-travel brand — explains the business before a word is read, and keeps explaining it on the sign, the card, the app, the uniform and the reel. We design it that way, in Arabic and Latin scripts together, and we hand it over with the rules and the files, so it stays consistent whoever prints it next.

Brand identity elements laid out: mark, palette, business card

Positioning before pixels

A short session on who you serve, what you stand for and who you're up against; the identity answers that, not a mood board.

A logo system, not a logo

The mark, horizontal and stacked lockups, Arabic and Latin versions, single-colour and reversed, tested small on a phone and large on a building.

Palette and typography

Colours with contrast that passes on screen and in print, an Arabic face paired with a Latin one so both languages feel like one brand.

Applications that exist

Business cards, letterhead, social templates, signage, uniforms, packaging or the app screens — whichever your business actually uses.

Guidelines

A brand book your team and every supplier can follow: usage, spacing, colour codes, type sizes, do's and don'ts.

Files and handover

Vector source files, exports for web and print, and a handover session. Produced in-house, printed in-house when you want it.

For clinics and regulated brands, accreditation marks and licence lines are part of the layout system from the first draft.

From brief to brand book.

Five steps. You choose the direction.

  1. Day 1 · Meet & consult

Who you serve, what you stand for, what exists today and where it will be seen.

  2. Day 2–3 · The proposal

Scope, applications, timeline and cost, written plainly.

  3. Week 1–2 · Concepts

Two or three directions, each shown on real applications.

  4. Week 2–4 · Develop & refine

The chosen direction becomes a system: lockups, palette, type, templates — two review rounds. Everything is checked against your brief before you see it.

  5. Delivery · Guidelines & files

The brand book, the source files and a handover session with your team and your printer.

Four reasons, none of them adjectives.

  1. We design from the business, not the trend.

The mark comes from what you do — a bone, a route, a syllable — so it explains you before a word is read.

  2. Arabic and Latin, designed together.

Both scripts are drawn as one system, with paired type and mirrored layouts, not a Latin logo with Arabic added later.

  3. It's tested where it will live.

Every concept is shown on the card, the sign, the phone and the uniform before you choose, so nothing surprises you at the printer.

  4. You get the files and the rules.

Source files, exports and a brand book in your name, plus in-house print when you want it.

Frequently asked questions

What does a brand identity project include?

Positioning, a logo system in Arabic and Latin, palette and typography, the applications your business uses (stationery, social templates, signage, packaging or app screens), guidelines and source files. The proposal lists exactly which applications.

How long does it take?

Typically three to five weeks: concepts in the first two, development and two review rounds after, then the brand book. Larger application sets take longer; the proposal gives the dates.

Do I own the logo and the files?

Yes. On full payment the final approved identity, its source files and exports are yours. Unchosen concepts stay with us.

Can you rebrand without losing recognition?

Yes. We audit what customers already recognise — a colour, a shape, a name — and evolve the system around it rather than starting from zero.

Do you design for clinics and medical brands?

Yes. Clinics, laboratories, surgeons' practices and a medical academy are a large part of our work, with accreditation marks and licence lines built into the layouts.

Can you print the signage and stationery too?

Yes. Print, packaging and signage are produced in-house, so the identity is applied by the people who designed it.
